“Castle” Appearance?

Castle

As you all know, I’m a bestselling, award-winning, critically-acclaimed author. I also have experience writing screenplays and comic books. My wife—Desirée Lee (www.desireelee.com)—is a bestselling, critically-acclaimed writer, too. We are also fans of the TV series “Castle”, starring Nathan Fillion, and Stana Katic. “Castle” is quite probably Desirée’s favorite TV series of all time, in fact.

Given these points, Desirée and I were wondering what it would take for us to appear in an episode of “Castle”, playing ourselves as authors. Such a thing, even as a brief cameo in an episode, would be fantastic. Who can make this happen? Please get in touch with us.

Some of my 30+ published short stories are on-line still and/or again. Here’s one called “Monolith” for you to enjoy: http://authspot.com/short-stories/monolith-2. This is a fantasy piece that had originally been written for a course in children’s literature that I took years ago.

“Dark River Lords”—Amazon Studios Premise War

Dark_River_Lords_Title

I’ve just uploaded a film project called “Dark River Lords” to Amazon Studios. It will now spend the next 45 days involved in a “Premise War”. The better the premise for the film does in this competition, the better the odds that Amazon Studios will option the script. Please help make this happen by going here (http://studios.amazon.com/premise-war) and voting on the film’s premise. When you see the one for “Dark River Lords” come up, please click the button marked “This One Wins” for the project. I’ll continue posting updates about this through the project’s time in the Amazon Studios Premise War.
